Mike and Rich Ladouceur, lifelong residents of the Solvay-Geddes area, are the former owners of Solvay Electric Supply Company. After selling their 40-year-old business in 2018, they acquired the property on State Fair Blvd with the goal of revitalizing it to meet a local need. Their vision was to transform it into a mixed-use facility. State Fair Storage now offers both retail and storage options and is conveniently located with easy highway access.
